_{Understanding Shared Profit Commissions (SPC)}  

Shared Profit Commissions (SPC) is one of the three commission structures offered by EZ Wealth By Design. Upon purchasing a product you become an associate member and qualify to earn Shared Profit Commissions. All additional product purchases and re-purchases that you make will also earn you shared profit commissions within the Standard and Deluxe programs, thus giving you an even greater earning potential. The commissions paid to you through SPC are based on 50% of the product sale and are paid out company-wide according to your level of achievement. We have incorporated a unique Sales Rotator Distribution model and have set up an automatic allocation process to distribute commissions to you, the members on a DAILY basis.

Phase - One Phase has 2 rows within the matrix or 2 predetermined level of achievement or 2 commissions runs. During Phase 1, two team sales will be placed beneath you on the first row or within the first commission run of the Phase. When the second row or second commission run for Phase 1 is filling the level, four team sales will be placed beneath you and you will earn your first Shared Profit Commission (SPC).  You will then continue to earn additional SPC every other commission run. Remember, each Phase consists of 2 levels or 2 commission runs, which is why you will sometimes hear that "you get paid every Phase".     The Standard and Deluxe programs are designed to work independently of each other. The charts show earnings up to 14 Phases (or 28 levels or 28 commission runs), but commissions do not end after Phase 14, but continues on to Phase 15, 16, 17, etc. as sales are made and the levels fill.

Shared Profit Commissions are paid as they are earned. The commissions are calculated and paid to members as product sales and re-purchases are made by the team. As you earn commissions the net amounts are placed into your available account balance in your back office. When commissions show in your back office you can withdrawal them immediately, let the money grow in your account, or use your earnings to purchase additional products.

Each Phase will last until the Team completes all the product sales needed to fill the predetermined level of achievement for that Phase and every member due to earn commissions during that phase is paid. During each Phase, SPC is being paid, as it is earned, to the members whose levels of achievement are being filled by the Team's product sales.

It is all up to US ... the EZWBD Members ... We Decide how quickly a Phase is filled and when we get PAID !!!

The other two commissions structures offered by EZ Wealth by Design are Direct Sales Commissions (DSC) and Group Sales Commissions (GSC).
